OUR vision

The vision of Gregory-Portland ISD's Human Resources Department is to foster an environment that inspires excellence and growth, both in our students and our staff. We strive to recruit, develope, and retain a diverse and high-performing workforce that is committed to providing the best education possible for the future of our community. We aim to provide support, guidance, resources and equity to all faculty, empowering them to succeed and thrive in their roles.
