Coach Jimenez and Mrs Pena are very proud to announce this past Saturday our wonderful GPHS hosted the annual VASE competition (Visual Arts Scholastic Event).
18 high schools competed with a total of 546 artworks. The GP Art Department had 29 students who submitted 39 artworks! This is a significant increase from last year!
We are proud to announce that they came home with 25 Regional Medals and 4 Area Medals! If you see any of these students, please congratulate them on a job well done as they represented our program, school and town honorably.

This past weekend 4 of our G-PHS Robotics teams competed at the Central Texas Regional Championship. All of our teams performed well with team 12302 advancing all the way to the semifinals!
