What is it?
A volunteer service opportunity to beautify and clean the G-P community. Under new leadership and now in its 3rd consecutive year, this event will focus on picking up trash to beautify our community. This event is designed and hosted by the Superintendent's Student Ambassador (SSAC) at G-P High School, who are seeking volunteers to help in this community-wide event together.
Volunteers who sign-up USING THIS FORM will meet on Saturday, April 26th, at 8:00am in the G-P High School student parking lot near the Dr. Paul Clore CTE Training Center. YOU MUST SIGN-UP THROUGH THE FORM TO RECIEVE A T-SHIRT AND LUNCH on the day of the event! T-Shirts will be provided while supplies (and sizes) last on a first come, first serve basis as forms are submitted. So, sign-up today! Volunteer clean-up assignments and information will be provided upon arrival on event day.
What can I do?
DONATE / SPONSOR - Supplies are needed to make this event happen for our community. We kindly ask that you consider making a donation to this event to help us purchase trash bags, gloves, water, and other supplies. VOLUNTEER - Those who would like to join us on Saturday, April 26th, 2025, at 8:00am for the clean-up day are asked to please complete the sign-up form on this webpage. You can also scan the QR code on the flyer to complete the form. It's important that we have an accurate count of volunteers, as we're working to secure pizza for lunch and t-shirts for those who sign up using the form.

Who are the hosts?
The Superintendent's Student Ambassador Council (SSAC) represents a cross-section of students at G-P High School from every grade level, and with various activities and interests that may differ to allow many students voices to be represented through this dynamic organization. The SSAC meets with Superintendent Dr. Michelle Cavazos and her leadership team every month during the school year, and the student representatives serve as ambassadors at district-wide events. Additionally, they aim to be of service to our G-P community through volunteerism and civic engagement like the "THE BIG EVENT"!
