Special Called Meeting of the Gregory-Portland ISD Board of Trustees for July 27th at 6 p.m.:
Pursuant to the Governor Abbott's Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, and consistent with new state and local mandates, the July 27th meeting of the Gregory-Portland ISD Board of Trustees will be conducted via live streaming through the Granicus digital platform, which will be audible and visible to the public. A quorum of the Board of Trustees will be met via a virtual meeting through the online Zoom platform.

If you wish to address the Gregory-Portland ISD Board of Trustees in public comment at an upcoming meeting, please complete and submit the form available here: PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FORM. Those who sign up via this link to address the Board will receive a Zoom link via email to enter the meeting as a participant during public comment. Additionally, any written comments and received by 9 a.m. on the day of the scheduled board meeting, will be available to the Board for review and consideration prior to the meeting.
