The G-PISD Construction Department exists to serve ALL students, faculty, and staff through collaboration. We plan and construct safe, efficient, and attractive facilities with the highest level of expertise and financial accountability.

Construction Policies & Procedures

The G-PISD Construction Department is responsible for new construction projects, capital maintenance projects, and bond management. We provide comprehensive oversight of all phases of design and construction, including consultant selection, finalizing project designs, ensuring plan checks are complete, bidding, construction administration, coordination during installation of fixtures, furnishings and equipment, and project warranty period.
